• Keep your jewelry dry whenever possible. Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising.
• Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, hairspray, sunscreen, and cleaning products.
• Store your pieces in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing to help preserve their beauty.
• Because many of our necklaces feature natural gemstones and shells, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in color, shape, or pattern.
• Treat your handmade jewelry with care to enjoy it for years to come.

Warranty:

• We stand behind the quality of our handmade pieces.
• If your necklace arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@stranginco.com with your order number and photos.
• We’ll repair or replace the item whenever possible.
• Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, lost items, or alterations made by anyone other than Strangin & Co.
