Shipping policy

We can't wait for you to receive your Strangin & Co. order!

Processing Time:
Because each necklace is handmade, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created and packaged before shipping. During new launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping times are estimated and are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Pre-Orders:
If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once the pre-order is ready unless otherwise noted. If you'd like in-stock items shipped separately, please contact us at hello@stranginco.com before placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once your package has been shipped, Strangin & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. If an issue arises, we'll gladly help you file a claim with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
