Return & Exchange Policy

At Strangin & Co., every necklace is thoughtfully handmade with intention. Because each piece is crafted by hand, all sales are final.

Returns:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or normal wear.

Exchanges:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@stranginco.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll gladly replace or exchange it.

Exchanges for reasons other than damage are not guaranteed and are offered solely at our discretion.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Once an order has been shipped, Strangin & Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, we're happy to help guide you through the process.
