- We stand behind the quality of our handmade pieces.
- If your necklace arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@stranginco.com with your order number and photos.
- We’ll repair or replace the item whenever possible.
- Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, lost items, or alterations made by anyone other than Strangin & Co.
